FINALLY!!! I'm no longer "sua ku" for not having a chance to try lao ban soya beancurd. Boss came into office with some soya beancurd and ask me which flavour I want. Thanks Boss!WOW...1st time so gotto taste the original version. Basically, it's just "drinkable soya beancurd" and this is the perfect word to describe. It's not so much of a pudding ( where it's chewy) nor custard (soft & soggy). Its more like somewhere in the early stage b4 soya bean milk harden completely to become smooth beancu
