the muslim stall is one of the more popular stall at ntu canteen b. their queue can sometimes be so long that it winds up the stairs. This attributes to the variety of food they offer. They do not only have plain rice, they also offer other staples like fried macaroni, fried rice, fried bee hoon. For me, I decided to try their fried macaroni as I have always been eating their normal white rice. I ordered their fried macaroni with long bean and tou fu and fried potato cutlet. Their macaroni is a little bit dry but it is rather delicious. despite its colour, it is not spicy at all. Instead it taste rather sweetish. The potato cutlet is indeed delicious. the outside is crispy while the inside is soft and moist. The long bean and tou fu dish is really good as well. The long bean is very crunchy while the tou fu is a little chewy. As a whole, the entire dish is delicious.
