The Char Siew here was not as sweet as I would like to be. I prefer the old times version whereby the Char Siew meat was honeyly flavourful. Perhaps they served Singaporean style, more humble in their taste. Frankly, I like its rice very much, a very traditional and friendly familiar taste from hometown. It came along with a bowl of soup, it was just nice, not too salty. $3.30 for one set like this, it was a common price for coffee shop.
