It isn't hard to locate Loysel's Toy because it is just located along the rochor river in kampong bugis street. Housed under a commerical building, it has quite a wide dining area. Had the eggs benedict on toast with bacon for $12. Eggs benedict has only a slight vinegar taste, unlike some other cafes where the vinegar taste is over-empowering.
