The noodles look so similar to maggie noodles. Their char siew is red in colour which somehow makes the dish look plain but complements the plate. Taste wise, the noodles are al dente. Fried dumplings and steamed dumplings taste moderate but the soup was good, not salty. Chilli and sauce does play a part in this dish but overall, it's nothing to shout about.
