Good chilli paste which is not too salty, more towards a sweeter side but not to the extent of such as thai chilli. Duck is tender and easy chewing. Now, the sauce is one of the best I have ever tasted. The thick dark sauce blends very well with the rice, which is not dry or clustered. There is always a queue so be there at off peak to avoid the wait!
