The Food
I ordered the Traditional Hakata Ramen ($11) as this place is quite famous for its Tonkotsu (pork bone) Ramen. From my Ramen experience, the soup is made from boiling pork bones over high heat for many hours which results in rich and flavourful taste.
I noticed the ramen is ultra thin and springy and I like their char siew and the runny boiled eggs!!

The Service
The waitress who take down my orders is friendly with a smile and ramen is served promptly

The Ambience
As the place is located at Holland Village, the place was relaxing, cozy & comfortable

The Price
Reasonably priced at $11++

Overall
I will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this!
