Having meat dishes most of the time while dining out, this round I would like to have simple vegetarian dishes. It could refresh my taste bud, I supposed. Considering my waistline, I just ordered a plate of shredded burdock with black sesame plus a bowl of pumpkin soup. Burdock was marinated with vinegar and sesame oil, it was really fragrance but overpowered the taste of burdock, hardly could taste the natural burdock taste though.
