I always get the breads from Peck if I am in Takashimaya since it is the only outlet. Having tried most of their plainer breads like the ciabatta, I decided to try this instead. I can't remember the name, but this is a tomato bread which explains its orangy hue. The bread is also flavoured with olive oil and spinach as well as some dried chillis. It is a very unique bread and tastewise it is very delicious with the subtle saltiness from the spinach, slight spice from the chilli and slight sourne

It is definitely one bread which I will get again!
