I had been to this buffet for a few times and was not tired of the buffet spread, the main reason is I can't get to finish all the different types of food offered. I will normally start the buffet with the fresh oysters which are opened on the spot by chefs. The oysters are fresh, the salmon, tuna, swordfish ashimi are just normal to me. However, the sushi are excellent. There are many varieties of sushi and they all taste yummy. The chefs will make over the counters and we can see the open concept kitchen for all dish counters.
For the last few times that I went, I always get to see Koreans having their meals there, they seem to enjoy the Korean food very much. There is a Korean food section where grilled food and the Korean side dishes are being offered. There is even Ginseng tempura!
Another special thing to mention is the grilled meat section, where you can just pick the type of meat and let the chef grilled them for you. The grilled mushroom was scrumptious, I had never had that before! (see photo attached)
I also like the laksa, and I will eat it with the snow crab leg meat. The crayfish cooked in chiili crab kind of gravy was the most popular dish over there, every time it is dished out, in a few minutes, they will be gone! They taste so great! There are many other dishes that I could not be able to list all here, even the beverage section has a lot of variety, and I prefer the hot green tea.
One thing to note, all the few times I go, I will end up having slight diarrhea after the meals… hence be careful of the food you eat there… this might just be a coincidence.
