Fruit Tarts Smile May 31, 2011

Categories : Japanese | Desserts and Cakes

I always loved tarts and cakes! So I really like the fruit tarts from Fruit Paradise! I ordered mango and strawberry this time round and I absolutely loved it! It is light and not too overwhelming. Makes an awesome choice for high tea! However, the price of the tarts are really too steep. If not I'll love to have them everyday for high tea! lol

Cheapest Japanese Food Ever! OK May 31, 2011

This is really the cheapest Japanese food that I ever had in Singapore! It is cheap and serves a decent portion of food! A perfect choice for students who cannot afford expensive meals! The cheapest set meal is only going at $2.90! And you'll get free flow of green tea when you dine there! I ordered the soba bento with the tempura. The food is considered good given the price they are charging! lol

Fried Prawn Mee Smile May 31, 2011

Dining in town is always expensive, so my friends and I decided to settle our meal at Food Republic, the most affordable dining place in town! I always liked the prawn mee from this stall! The prawns are fresh, noodles are nicely done and the portion is good! Also, the noodles are not too dry and the sauce is very yummy! The chilli goes well with the noodles and makes it even tastier!

Burgers Smile May 27, 2011

I went The Handburger again! After my first try at the branch at 313 Somerset, I totally fell in love with the burgers there! So I went to this branch to settle my dinner when I went shopping with my friends! I wanted to try something different so I ordered the vergetarian burger! It is really really yummy! They actually used a portobello mushroom to replace the meat patty! Making the burger a healthier choice but the same level of yummy-ness! The mushroom is really juicy and I absolutely love it! A really good choice for vegetarians! lol

Pepper Lunch Smile May 27, 2011

Lucky me! I made it just in time for the student meal! I ordered Beef Pepper Rice but I forgot to add my favourite cheese! sad Nevertheless, the rice is still awesome! I really really liked their butter in the rice! This is also why I always order their pepper rice instead of the steaks! I love to have the butter mixed in the rice! It makes the rice more fragrant and taste really yummy! The portion for student meal is also rather big! Really makes it a good and affordable meal! lol
