Cheese Fries OK May 31, 2011
Categories : American | Coffeeshop | Steaks and Grills

I bought cheese fries from Botak Jones! It is really yummy. The melted cheese somehow hardens and becomes very chewy! tongue I'll have to use the knife to cut the fries apart! If not, I'll only get to eat the fries without the cheese since the cheese has already harden and become too sticky. But nevertheless, it is still very very yummy! They serve a very big portion of fries and I think just 1 packet of fries will be enough for a meal. However, for a packet of fries, I still think $6 is really too expensive even though they gave a big serving of it.

Fried Prawn Mee Smile May 31, 2011

I had prawn mee again! My brother bought a packet for me as lunch and it still taste as good as ever! I'll never get sick of it even after eating it for the 100th time I guess! The noodles are a little softer than usual, maybe because we bought a takeaway but the sauce and chilli still taste as good! The prawns are also fresh and the packet is really big! Seems bigger than those that we have it there. lol

Yam Ice Blend OK May 31, 2011

Categories : Juices

After having their chocolate ice blend for so many times, I've decided to try something new! I bought the yam ice blend and added both pearls and green apple jelly. Personally, I do not really like the drink. Maybe I just cannot get used to the taste of yam in the drink. I guess I'll stick to my chocolate ice blend in future. tongue But whats worth mentioning is the pearls! They are really chewy and fragrant. Probably due to the cooking method since the auntie told me that she had just changed the way of cooking the pearls! lol

Xing Zhou Mi Fen OK May 31, 2011

Bought a takeaway from this zi char stall for dinner. I've always frequent this stall with my family and had tried many of their dishes, but not their Xing Zhou Mi Fen so I bought it for dinner. Unlike those that I had from other stalls, they use the normal beehoon to fry it but the taste is alright. The amount of ingredients used is also quite generous. The serving is very big and I had to share it with my mum to finish it. lol

Ice Milo OK May 31, 2011
Categories : Singaporean | Coffeeshop

Was tired after shopping so I went to Toast Box for a drink with my friend. I ordered ice milo and the milo there is really thick! I'm not a fan of milo dino or any milo drinks that are very thick so I find this a little to heavy for my liking. My friend loved it though, saying that it was sweet enough and the milo taste is strong. The place is a little crowded especially during the weekends.
