This was my second bowl of BlackBall signature. This dish comes with crushed ice topped with abundance of goodies such as grass jelly, honey yam, pearls, read bean, nata d coco, green bean, fresh milk and more. Its definitely one of the best desserts to end of your meal. I find that the portion is quite huge for 1 person, thus it may be a good idea to share it with another friend too.

Ordered two spaghetti dishes (the classic Aglio Olio and Tagliatelle Crab), a Chicken Salad, and a white and red wine for each of us. The Tagliatelle Crab went well with the red wine as the taste of the crab sauce complements each other. The thin chewy Tagliatelle slices were well cooked and blend well with the crab sauce, leaving a smooth after taste to the palate. The ingredients served were sumptous and fulfilling. The Aglio Olio Spaghetti was average as it was under-cooked, causing the pasta to taste slightly hard and dry. However, i believe that this dish will appeal to the health conscious population as it is not oily compared to the Aglio Olio I've tried elsewhere.

JEM is the latest new shopping place in the west and it is best known for its long queues outside restaurants during peak hours. I had my first hand experience of queuing outside Earle Swensen's for an hour.

I ordered a main dish - fish & chips and it came with a free flow salad at the salad bar. I went for two rounds at the salad bar as the range of salads were tempting. There are like about 10-20 ingredients to choose from.

For dessert, sis and i chose 2 scoops of ice cream (salted caramel and chocolate), topped with choco sprinkles and whipped cream. It tasted awesome.

Hog's Breath OK Jul 24, 2013

It was my first visit here with my cousins on a hot Sunday. The interior deco of the place was welcoming with a rustic touch of vintage. Upon looking at the menu, I was spoilt for choice. I ordered a pint of beer and fish & chips. It tasted normal but I believe the signature dishes were the red meats. We ordered desserts like the sundae and mudpie. We felt that the mudpie tasted quite bad. My cousin described the taste as 'burnt tires'.

Eat Healthy, Eat Organic! Smile Jul 24, 2013

It was my first time visiting Pasar Bella on a busy sunday noon. Me and friends were excited to explore this place as well as to find a perfect dining spot to throw a birthday celebration. One of our first stops was the Organic Grocer. I bought a packet of organic apple juice and organic pasta sauce. I have cooked the alce nero pasta sauce and I find that the pasta sauce tasted quite bland as compared to prego's pasta sauce that I normally use. People who prefer a healthier choice of pasta sauce can consider this brand! The organic apple juice taste good and its definitely also a healthier choice for health conscious folks!
