Ah Meng is highly remembered by its supporters & zoo lovers. There’s even a restaurant named after him!! Right at the entrance, there is a display of all the pics Ah Meng has taken at important facades in his life. I really like this whole concept of ‘Ah Meng’… it’s a good way to remember Ah Meng and the joy he has brought to many.

Me and Bf were waiting for the 'Splash' show which happened at 5pm, hence we decided to try out the meatball spaghetti. It tasted great especially after our walk around the whole zoo. We were quite hungry and snatched to finish the whole plate! The meatballs were chunky and not overly cooked. We didnt expect to find such a good plate of spaghetti in the Zoo!

Looking for a place to chill by Changi Beach? This may be the perfect place for you if you happen to be near by! However when seated down at the non-smoker area, there was this guy who spoke very loudly on the phone. Hence, me and family shifted to the smoker area. We ordered some cocktails together with some snacks (wedges & chicken wings). They tasted great! Although the hygience factor may not be high, this place is still consider a great place to chill out by the beach.

This store is actually situated in Jurong East Central (near the CPF building).
Whenever i have my lunch here with colleagues, other than the fishball noodles, i'll always order the wanton noodle here. My favourite choice will be dry noodles with tomato sauce. I find that the portion is just right for me (lady's appetite) and this dish always work for me whenever i'm looking for a casual simple light lunch.

My first visit to Saizeriya was in Taiwan. This restaurant serves casual japanese Italian food at a reasonable price. I visited this place again with colleagues and didnt hold high expectations for the food. I ordered 'bacon and ham spag' and didnt even finish the whole plate. The tomato sauce just didnt went well in the dish. However, the side dishes were more tasty and acceptable. For instance, the sausages and baked cheese scallops taste better. Drinks can be refilled unlimited here. The restaurant can get quite dirty as the tables and leather seats were not wipped properly. Some parts of these furnitures were quite sticky. :X

It was an impromptu visit to this restaurant. Me and relatives happened to stand outside Porn's entrance while we were thinking of where to dine for dinner. The name of this restaurant thus caught our name without a doubt! We decided to give it a try. What shocked us was that Pornsak (local TV host) came to welcome us with menus and brought us in. *jaws dropped* I like to watch his hosting of shows - witty & hilarious!

I ordered Cha Yen (Thai Ice Tea - $3.90) for myself. It tasted very unique and not the typical kind of ice lemon tea you drink else where. Convinced that they even have a 'secret recipe' for each dish here (even the drinks!). For main course, i had 'Pad Thai Hor Kai' - noodles wrapped in egg ($8.90). I would say that this dish is very creatively served. However, the noodles must be added with some peanuts and chilli powder if you wanna taste something better.

Overall, this place is cosy for a gathering with friends if you guys wanna try out something new for some authentic thai food here.
