I tried their ligonberry drink which is a Swedish drink. It was sweet but there was a tinge of sourness which made the drink slurping good. I think Ikea reduced the size of their soft drink cups. Just two mouthfuls and the cup was half empty, I had to keep going to refill it. Their chicken wings today were not as tasty as usual. Less salt, healthier choice Did not really enjoy it although it was still crisp. It lacked the level of flavour that Ikea chicken wings usually have.

Lunch @ Pu Tian  Smile Dec 23, 2011

We had their $38 nett set lunch for two people which included toufu, fish, soup, lor mee and dessert. We ordered to try their beehoon, duck with yam and their soursop fruit drink which was having a one for one promotion.

The soursop drink was fresh soursop juice, nicely squeezed and served in a cool glass! It tilts to a side. It was sweet and refreshing!

The other dishes took some time to come. However, the interval between each dish was short. Toufu was great. The sauce over it was tasty. I love the drunken prawn soup. The prawns served were all very fresh. Orangey and succulent! Their beehoon was really thin but was very well cooked. Skillful cooking skills! The yam dessert had too much coconut. The yam paste was partially submerged in the coconut! The paste was really well made though.

It was a reasonable price for the good food that we ate! smile

Dunkin Donuts!  OK Dec 23, 2011

You don't see many dunkin' donuts outlets around in Singapore so i decided to try their donuts at the airport. I would say most donuts from the various companies taste the same, I think Dunkin' Donuts taste like the rest too. However, the donuts definitely have a softer texture compared to others. The toppings they have are also about the same as others. I chose the almond and white chocolate topping which was a crunchy and sweet bite. smile love donuts! (:

Ahhhh, delicious duck kway teow on that cold day, was simple awesome! chopstick The bak kut teh herbal soup was just warming and tasty enough to ignite my appetite for the bowl of noodles. I was given quite a lot of duck slices, however there was only one fishcake ): The noodles was a large portion. The chili is the best, with pieces of ikan bilis inside. Yummy and satisfying meal! smile

Soy Bean Milk Smile Dec 23, 2011

This soy bean was not too sweet but not tasteless at all too! Very good proportion of syrup added. smile For just eighty cents, you get a full cup of fresh and milky soy bean milk. Not too diluted and the amount of ice added was relatively little. A good drink to complement your meal. smile
