I have heard that this stall is very famous for its wanton mee which is why I joined in the queue even though there are around 10 people in front of me. The service is very fast though as I was able to get my bowl of noodles after around 10 minutes of queueing.
I bought the $3 portion of noodles. The noodles come with char siew, some mushrooms, vegetables and wantons. You can request for either fried or non fried wantons. I chose the fried ones and it is very crispy and the meat is juicy. The wantons are bite sized and they are great to munch on. The noodles very nice, the texture is good with some bite in them and the gravy used to season the noodles also complements the noodles well. The char siew meat is tasty too with a good mix of lean meat and fats. I wouldn't mind waiting up to 30 minutes for it!
Spending per head: Approximately $3
