Great for the Ladies Smile Aug 27, 2011   (Related Review)

This dish is very good and we order it every time we are there. It is called the ‘Gang Zhen Long Dun Yu.’

The fish slices are cooked with the fish skin. The fish meat is very tender and soft. I love the sauce the fish is cooked in. It is not too salty and it is sweet.

For the ladies, it is highly recommended to eat this dish with the fish skin. The fish contains a lot of collagen which is great for the skin.

However, the bad part of this dish is the fish bones and the garlic. There are fish bones in the fish slices so, BEWARE. I don’t like garlic too. The garlic are concentrated in the middle of the dish so the fish slices in the middle are the worst.

This dish is $42 for the middle sized portion.

Absolutedly Horrigible Cry Aug 27, 2011   (Related Review)

This is the worst dish and it is quite expensive too. This dish is the ‘Long Dun Sha Bo,’ the Claypot Grouper.

The soup is very fishy and spicy. There is tofu and fish slices that have the skin attached. Also, this dish is supposed to be cooked with the fish lips. However, most of the fish in the soup was the fish tail.

After one small sip, which is not even one spoonful of soup, my sister and I couldn’t take it. We didn’t touch the soup again.

This dish costs $32 for the small sized portion.

Lovely Broccoli Smile Aug 27, 2011   (Related Review)

I abso-dutedly love this dish. It is the ‘Dai Zi Xi Lan Hua.’

The scallop is not very fishy and it has the right thickness. When coupled with the sauce, its dee-licious.

The best part of this dish is not the scallop but the broccolis. The broccolis are delicious. It is very fresh, crunchy and sweet. Even my sister who hates vegetables ate the broccolis and said it was good.

The only bad thing about this dish is that there is ginger. I hate ginger.

This dish costs $27 for the medium sized portion.

Tofu OK Aug 27, 2011   (Related Review)

I don’t like this dish. It’s the ‘Xia Qiu Tou Fu.’ The dish sure looks very appetizing even though it is not good.

There are prawns covering the tofu. The prawns are highly un-recommended for people allergic to prawns.

I hate the kind of tofu they use. The tofu is rough and the taste is very plain.

However, I like the sauce covering the tofu. I think it is made with egg and pork because there are pieces of minced pork in the sauce.

It costs $18 for the small sized portion.

Eating Fish Bones Cry Aug 27, 2011   (Related Review)

My father ordered this dish. It is called the ‘Su Xiang Yu Gu’.

Looks are deceiving. The dish looked nice and everything however, one bite and BOOM! I never wanna eat that dish ever again. The fish bones are too hard. I don’t think it is healthy for the teeth. This dish is spicy. My father thinks that it is too salty.

However, the skin covering the fish bone is very good. I like the taste of it.

It costs $27 for the medium sized portion.
