I love Delifrance’s croissant. In fact, I think that Delifrance’s croissant is the best croissant I have ever eaten. I remember going to Hougang Mall when I was a kid and my sisters and I would always pester my mum to buy it for us.

When the croissants are in their display cases, they look really good with their baked to perfection brown outsides. The outer layer of the croissant is very crispy. If you look at it, it looks like the whole croissant is very hard. However, the inside of the croissant is very soft. I love it and I could just eat it plain.

Also, I like the paper bags they provide for us to put our bread in.

I’ve always looked at the peach tarts at Delifrance and always wanted to try them. I’ve always heard my sister raving about the peach tarts. And now, I finally got to try it.

The peach they use is a little sour. However when eaten together with the custard, the sweetness of the custard will cover the sourness of the peach creating a delightful flavour.

The tart base is also very good. It is baked to perfection I’d say. The tart is quite crunchy and it is quite easy to cut without crumbs falling all over the place.

I highly recommend this when you visit Delifrance.

I went to Toa Payoh to buy Tuesday tea and decided to buy these. Well, the shop is quite un-well located. I didn’t know it was at a food court until I went down to the food court to have a look.

Well, I looked around the store and bought the mini cheese buns. It comes in fours.

Well, it is very good. The cheese is in the middle of the bun and the bun is really very soft and yummy.

Well I like the raisin buns less than the cheese buns. The inside texture of the raisin buns are a little tougher than the cheese buns. The raisin buns have browner coloured bread than the cheese buns.

However, I like the fact that the raisins they use in the raisin buns are different. There is the yellow coloured raisins, the black coloured raisins, the brown coloured raisins and more. The buns is quite sweet too.

I recommend this bread if the cheese is unavailable.

This cheesecake smells and looks good. It is also delicious.

The prints on the top of the cheesecake make the cheesecake look very special and classy. You can see that they put a lot of effort in preparing this because they actually chopped the bird image on the cheesecakes instead of just leaving it plain.

I love the biscuit base. It is not very dry and it is very crunchy.

The cheese melts in your mouth and the taste of the cheese is not too overwhelming.
I highly recommend this cheesecake.
