The coffeeshop was quiet for a weekend afternoon, and there was no queue at the stall. Got my pack of roasted chicken rice for $2.50, which is the standard price for chicken rice nowadays.
Presentation:
Chicken was arranged nicely in a row on top of the rice, with tomatoes and some cucumbers at the side of the box.
Taste / Aroma / Texture:
The smell of the rice and chicken came out once I opened the packet box when I got home. The rice was not to hard or soft, cooked to just the right texture. It was flavourful too. It wasnt too hot, warm enough.
The chicken was cold, but luckily when ate with the warm rice, it was acceptable. It was really soft and tender though, and the skin was nice too.
For the tomato, it looked fresh, but I didnt eat it as I didnt like tomatoes. However, I ate the cucumbers. They were really crunchy and fresh, I could hear the 'crunch' sound when I bite it. Finished them even before I ate half of my chicken rice.
Overall, a really satisfied lunch I had.
Spending per head: Approximately $2.50(Lunch)
