I came here specially for their famous colourful xiao long baos. The colours of the xiao long baos attracted me to give it a try since it was something that was quite unique and I really love xlbs. It was unfortunately a disappointment. Most of the flavours (such as cheese, truffles) did not seem to complement the xiao long baos well. My favourite has got to be the original one. The quality of their xlbs were good though.

Verdict: I would not order this again.

I ordered a bowl of chicken curry katsu don for lunch. There was a very long queue but thankfully it moved quite fast. The miso soup was very sweet and did not have much miso taste. the chicken was crispy but was quite small in portion. The japanese curry unfortunately did not taste like it. In fact, it barely tasted like japanese curry but more like some gravy. It was quite disappointing and expensive for the portion.

Lobster & Chicken Combo $29.00 the best dish we had that night but not fantastic. Portion was quite huge for 1 person so order this to share between 2. Crispy Soft Shell Crab "Arrabiatta" (with spicy arrabiatta sauce): The sauce was not the least bit spicy at all. Soft shell crab was extremely salty. It was as though they had added the whole container of salt. Overall, this visit was quite disappointing. I don't think I'll be back again.

Ordered a medium milk tea, less ice, 25% sugar. service was fast and I like how I can choose the amount of ice and sugar that I want in it. usually bubble tea shops will only allow customers to choose the level of sugar so I find that this is better. However, the taste of the milk tea was quite disappointing. There was lack of fragrance of the milk tea and I found no kick in drinking it. Perhaps I will go for their other drinks instead.

Plain aglio olio. Price: $4.90
It was extremely oily and dripping with oil with every mouthful. I was looking at the chef cooking and when a strand of spaghetti fell out of the pan used to cook the aglio olio, he used his bare hands and tried to scoop up that strand of spgahetti a few times (because it was quite slippery) and put it back into the pan to cook i decided to let it go as at least it was being cooked again. Taste was so disappointing and the price wasn't cheap as well. The man at the cashier asked if I wanted it to be spicy and I said yes but in the end they did not add any chilli at all. Never ordering this again.
