Since we are sweet lovers, after dinner, one evening, we decided to stop by McCafe for a dessert. We ordered a Vanilla Cherry crumble with a latte. It was sooooooooooooooooo good. It was a yummy vanilla flavoured crumble pie with a yummy cherry filling ( cherry pulp) , we digged into it & enjoyed every spoon of it. The latte too was great, it was rich, creamy & perfectly sweet. McCafe desserts are my favorite & decently priced too. I also love their muffins, especially the apple carrot muffin. After having a sumptuous meal, we decided to have an ice cream, So we stopped by the Imayu Hokkeido Ice cream Kiosk & ordered 2 cones,1 chocolate & 1 coffee bean. They costed just 2 $ each and were really worth it, they were yummy to the core, less sweet, taste more like natural ice creams. The chocolate 1 tasted good, but had a mild chocolate flavor. The coffee bean was was great, had bits of coffee bean in it & the flavor was awesome. We enjoyed the cheap & tasty Ice cream at Imayu.

We frequent Delhi Restaurant at least once a month, this weekend we went there for dinner. We love the Mix grilled Sizzler there, which is their signature dish & some stuffed Parantha. The sizzler took about 5-7 minutes to arrive. Its a mixture of meats/seafood & veggies. It had chicken, mutton, beef, egg, prawn, fish & some veggies cooked in some spicy masala. 1/2 a mix grill sizzler costing about 20 $ is more than sufficient for 2 people. We enjoyed it with some yummy stuffed parantha & tandoori naan. The mix grill sizzer at Delhi Restaurant rocks

I tried out the Iced matcha tea from Imayu Hokkaido Ice cream one evening. It was available at a kiosk for just 2 $. It was cold, refreshing, not too sweet, but I din't like it so much, I am not so found of Japanese tea, maybe hence I did not like the macha tea so much. However my hubby liked it & had 2 cups of it . It was not liquidy, it was more like a iced slush with macha green tea flavor. Its nice for people who like that flavor

Since My hubby works in Raffles Place, on his way home from work, one evening, he brought home some satay. about 15 sticks of Satay costs 9 $. He picked some chicken, beef, lamb & duck. We unpacked it & attacked the food with a cold can of beer. The flavors of all were almost the same, we dipped it in peanut sauce & ate. I love my satay to be spicy, so I sprinkled a bit of pepper over it & enjoyed it, Satay is normally marinaded with a sweetish peanut sauce, so tends to taste a little sweet.. I loved the chicken the most, the lamb was a little less cooked but all OK. We enjoyed Satay after a really long time that evening.
