I stopped by Old Chang Kee for an evening snack, normally in the evenings, we need to Q up to buy a snack from Old Chang kee. I picked up my favorite mushroom Chicken puff. It costs just 1.3 $. It is an awesome snack & really filling. The filling is a nice creamy mushroomy & saucy once with shrooms, chicken, potato & some veggies prepared with some white sauce. The outer crust is crispy & really tasty. This is one of the less oily snacks at Old Chang Kee. I love to hve the Chicken mushroom puff with my evening cup of tea.

I was at Vivo City, a place that I frequent most, since it is close to home & I always alight at Harbour front on my way back from work. That day, I was in the mood for some tea & a sweet. I walked by the Basement 2 & spotted the Little Red Shop. So i picked up a green tea lotus piah. I love green tea flavour. The filling was awesome. It was sweet, green & soft inside. While the crust was cripsy & salty. It was a lovely snack & went well with my cup of teh c. It costs just 1$ each

On my way home from work, I stopped by Vivo city to complete some bank jobs. I was hungry so decided to buy something to eat. I went to 8 Tarts & pastries & looked at their stuff on display & picked up a mushroom chicken pie. It was more like a puff. It costed about 1.5 $. It was quite a small puff. The filling was just ok, nothing extra ordinary though. I hardly found any chicken in the filling. All I found was mushroom & potato. Maybe their other stuff like tarts are their specialty.

I woke up late one day & din't have time to fix up a breakfast, so I rushed to work, without having breakfast. After reaching office, I felt really hungry & decided to drop by Selera rasa for a quick breakfast. I saw a breakfast set on their menu, so I ordered for it. Kaya toast, eggs & teh c. I din't want the eggs, so I just go the toast & tea. The tea was rich & strong & the sweetness was perfect. The kaya toast was good as well, it was freshly toasted, the spread of kaya & butter was generous. IT was crispy. I enjoyed my breakfast at my desk that day.

We went to Texas Chicken at United Square one weekend & pigged out on their food. We ordered for a chicken meal which included 3 pieces of chicken, fries, a biscuit and a drink. Plus we ordered for a chicken wrap with coleslaw as the side & a drink. The chicken prices were great. they were crisp, well done, the chicken was fresh & tasty. The wrap was great too, it had crispy chicken, lettuce & other raw veggies. It was nice & a light meal. We ended our meal with a yummy strawberry shortcake. which is crushed strawberries, biscuit & softy ice cream. It was the best way to end our meal,as it was super delicious. I would recommend the Strawberry short cake to everyone who dines at Texas chicken. Yummy all the way!!!
