Dinner @ Crazy World Cafe Cry Jan 19, 2012

Categories : Singaporean | Café | Hawker Centre | Kids-Friendly

Dinner gathering with close friends @ Crazy World Cafe, when we arrived the cafe, it seems like we were invisible, and we wasnt attended by any staff and they didnt acknowledge our arrival.

Although we are made our reservation, but we just settle down the 4 seaters nearest to the entrance door.

Cheese Fried Mushrooms (Didn't really taste the cheese much, but mushroom is quite tender and juicy)

Spicy Black Pepper Dory (so so only, not that great, just the same fish n chip i had and covered with black pepper sauce.

Grilled Rosemary Chicken Chop (not worth it)

Beer Battered Fish N Chip (quite salty n oily, not nice)

Crazy Wings (QUite like it, like the mustard like sauce too, most worth trying)

Lychee Beer (Refreshing fruity beer reminds me of those cider, but for $12 it is a little bit ex for a cafe though, although i must admit this beer not often can be seen around)

Milo Ice-Blend (just so like milo dinosaur)

One thing i like is that they do have music performance on n off, and they have a small corner selling those cute merchandize, and there is a Hopscotch right outside the cafe.

Food are over-rated and price doesnt matches the taste of the food. Will not go back again under there is some interesting band performance going on.

Lunch @ Homebaked Dough  OK Jan 18, 2012

Categories : Japanese | Fusion | Stall / Kiosk | Ramen | Brunch

Lunch in with my colleagues, the two brothers (owner) are at the store themselves, one taking orders and another cooking the ramen. when we was there doesnt seems like the store is very popular, instead the store next to it is more popular. =x

I guess for the Office Ladies will find these two young brother cute/handsome. anyway when was my turn to order, neither of them looks happy or smiling. they both looks unhappy or moody.

Spicy Soup Ramen - not very spicy as i have expected, but it taste ok overall, the 卤蛋 was normal not restaurant standard

Spicy Dry Ramen (worth trying!!!, noodles texture is good, and the sauce/gravy managed to blend into the noodles, taste a bit like Bar Chor Mee though)

Food was not bad, but will not travel all the way from My office Depot Road to Tanjong Pagar for it again.

On 11th Dec 2011, Cineleisure's Artease - feeling warm after sitting down... they should install fan or increase the coolness within the store.

Halzalnut Milk Tea (very NICE, well mixed not too sweet just nice) for milk tea lover,
Apple Grapefruit Juice (So so only, not much of the apple taste, not worth trying), &
Strawberry Green Milk Tea (Surprisingly unique and taste nice!, worth trying)

Picture not shown.
Chocolate Rose Milk Tea (Very chocolaty with light taste of rose tea though)

On 12th Dec 2011, Tanjong Pagar Plaza's Artease with Colleagues - Limited seats available within the store crowded during lunch hours... we was lucky to see one of the celebrity chef getting his bubble tea too! lol

i had the Salted Yuzu ice cream Peach Green Tea with big pearls (nice! As the ice cream dissolved and mixed together with the peach green tea it taste even better

Dinner @ Entre-Nous Creperie Smile Jan 18, 2012

Categories : French | Café | Vegetarian | Desserts and Cakes | Ice Cream and Gelato | Western Soup

Dinner Gathering with two friends, located at one of the shophouse near raffles hotel. French shop owner is very polite and friendly. I personally do not like the OILY smell releasing from the kitchen that's why we did not sit in the indoor area which is air-conditioned. it will be good if there is a fan under the alfresco area.

Poisson Soup (Very Rich and Creamy Seafood Soup, mainly fish as told by the shop owner)

Hoedic Crepe (Spinach topped with Goat Cheese, very rich cheese taste, advice only those who like strong cheesy taste try this only)

Ham & Egg Crepe (Not bad, although it taste more like Roti Prata due to the egg)

Stephan's Favourite Crepe with Side Salad (Chicken with mustard sauce, best out of the three crepes we had! and the most worth value since there is chicken slice in it, MUST TRY)

Sweet Tudy Crepe (Cooked Sweet Apple with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, YUMMY!!!, am sure other sweet crepe is great too)

Salty crepes are mostly burned maybe due to all the cooking of the ingredients inside, only the sweet crepe is not burned.

Worth coming back again for craving sometimes.

Dinner @ Tonkichi OK Jan 18, 2012

Categories : Japanese | Ramen

Dinner @ Isetan Scotts Tonkichi

Rosu (Pork Loin) Curry Set, crispy filet!

Kimchi Ramen with Fish cutlet and Tori Karaage (Love the Kimchi soup, spicy enough and good for a cold evening, fish cutlet was fresh, but guess pork cutlet is still a better choice)

The place is quite enough for a weekday (thursday night), but am sure for weekend will be very crowded.

The free flow rice, miso soup and vegetables/salad are the great selling point of this place.
