Many Japanese restaurants had been sprouting around Singapore in the past couple of years. Some are run by Japanese chef and thus more expensive while others are less authentic.

Dezato Desserts & Dining is helm by Chef Derick who have had more than 15 years of Japanese cuisine experience. He is formerly from Nadaman of the Shangri-la Hotel and had worked his way up from an apprentice.

Dezato are actually famous for its monthly Omakase or Kaiseki cuisine. The raw seasonal ingredients are air-flown to Singapore thrice weekly from the famous Tsujiki Fish Market. Instead of rambling on how good the Omakase and Kaiseki cuisine are, I would let the following pictures do the talking ...

Although you will not find out of the world Bento here, nonetheless, Dezato's Bento is still good and cheap.
