Dezato Desserts & Dining is helm by Chef Derick who have had more than 15 years of Japanese cuisine experience. He is formerly from Nadaman of the Shangri-la Hotel and had worked his way up from an apprentice.
Dezato are actually famous for its monthly Omakase or Kaiseki cuisine. The raw seasonal ingredients are air-flown to Singapore thrice weekly from the famous Tsujiki Fish Market. Although you will not find out of the world Bento here, nonetheless, Dezato's Bento is still good and cheap.
