Came here twice so far already, because the first time I tried, I fell in love with their hor fun sauce.
Never knew how delicious ipoh hor fun could taste haha

Well, judging by the queue, my love for it is not wrong!

the first time I tried, I had their fried fish hor fun.
Their fried fish was good, coupled with my love, mayonaise.
Hor Fun is delicious with the sauce, i'm drooling as I type.

the next time i had it, i ordered the chicken hor fun.
it seems to be that their chicken is marinated too - it was delicious.
I finished the whole plate.

But mind you, this makes you hungry just after 3 hours (at least for me), but it was worth it!

Queue was pretty fast too

Love the strawberry shortcake Smile Sep 15, 2013

Been to their stores back in Korea, but this is my first visit to our local store. It was packed and we had difficulties finding seats.

Here's our strawberry shortcake.
I really love it because it tasted so spongy!
Sharing this makes me crave for more

Had a cup of Caffe Mocha.
Tasted pretty good enough without the need to add sugar.
However, presentation wise, I've seen better

Have to add that because it was a packed Saturday, trays of food were left uncleared.
Had to prompt the staff to clear them though.

Covelli is situated in Orchard Central. Food was decent, and the ambiance was good. Price was reasonable, due to my 1 for 1 voucher \O/
Saved my friend money since she was treating me this meal as my birthday cum her first pay treat LOL.
(I say one)

Complimentary garlic bread which was average

Cranberry juice for $3.90 - a total disappointment, with a dismal taste.

Pasta pesto. While the pasta was al dente, I didn't like it as it felt a little too firm for my liking. Prawns were generous and large though. My friend love it because it was flavourful, but I felt that it was a tad too oily.

Preferred the beef risotto which was flavourful, but I may add that it was a little too salty. The beef slices were delicious as well.

Loving Blackball so far.
The first time I had a similar dessert was in China.

Anyway, I always order their signature blackball with shaved ice.
Really delicious as the tapioca and yam balls were chewy!

Will always eat it when i past by.
Their grass jelly is pretty normal though, so I suggest buying their signature dish instead of buying a grass jelly drink!

you should try it too!

Too bad the outlet is too small and squeezy!

Suggested to go Astons today at Bugis+ and my bf had the cravings too.
I decided to order the Prime Sirloin.

The Prime Sirloin costs $14.90, with 2 sides.
I chose the onion rings, which I love, and their House salad!
The steak came in medium - the last time I ordered, it was medium rare, and there were too much blood for me, and my mum kept nagging that I should eat it cooked!
Before I went, my mum reminded me to get the beef cooked well. LOL, my mum is a darling.

Sadly, the steak didn't impress today.
I've to say, its visuals were good - look at the grilled lines, but on the first bite, the meat was too tough.
The mushroom sauce was too diluted, onion rings which I love tasted below-average.
The only passable item was the House salad - I LOVE VEGGIES smile

For my bf, he tried the lemon chicken, which we thought tasted better than my steak.
It costs $8.90 with 2 sides - he ordered the mac & cheese and potato wedges (talk about boring LOL, joking)

Not much comments for the wedges, but the mac&cheese needs to improve.
The cheese tasted so diluted, it shouldn't be called mac & cheese, but mac & water.

Overall, passable experience there.
But be prepared to wait for 15 minutes during lunch hours!
