After a steamboat dinner at Bugis area, we decided to visit dessert first to satisfied our sweet tooth. The durian ice was served in a generous amount, next it was very rich and creamy. It was even topped with a scoop of durian flesh, which make this dessert so perfect. Lastly, we also had some herbal jelly to reduce the heatiness from the durian. Herbal jelly was very affordable as it cost less than $2.

At Coco Ichibanya, you do not have to worry that you can't take high level of spiciness, because you get to choose the curry level from 1 to 5. I ordered one of their bestseller, which is the Pork Katsu Curry Rice. When the dish arrived, it was filled with generous amount of curry and pork cutlet. Although, the pork cutlet was not crispy due to the curry sauce, but that did not affect the dish. The curry sauce of level 3 was very tasty and fragrant and it goes well with the pork cutlet. I will return to give their level 5 curry a try soon.

Located at Tiong Bahru area, lies a cupcake shop call Kisses Bakery. Offering a wide variety of cupcake at $3.50 each, I choose their the mocha and gula melaka cupcake, which is their special flavour of the month. The cupcake were indeed soft and yummy, the frosting were also very generous as well. The gula melaka was so delicious, as I could taste the fragrant from every bite I took. I hope they will make it to be their permanent cupcake. Definitely coming back for more.

AmaSoy was having a promotion of 2 hokkaido milk for the price of $4.80 to celebrate our national day. We decided to try out the matcha and chocolate milk. Both, the matcha and the chocolate milk was rich and creamy, as we could taste the strong flavour of the drinks. This drink can be a good option to help quench your thirst. I will visit them again to try out their pudding soon.

Finally, I'm here to try out habitat cafe after hearing review that it served brunch at an affordable price. I ordered The Shrooms, which consist of a brioche topped with poached egg and mushroom drenched with hollandaise sauce. I think it would be better if the serving size was bigger, but this dish was considered tasty as the egg were soft and runny. Next, the truffle fries was my favourite as it was hot and crispy when served. I will come back to try their other dish soon.
