I have always wanted to drop by the Bread Project bakery after reading the review about them on the Sunday Times! I was around the area having breakfast and finally had the chance to check out this bakery
Display Counter
As I was there around 10plus am, the buns were all nicely laid out on the display counter. I heard that on some days, the buns get sold out as early as 12plus pm!
We bought home 4 different pastries and shared them during tea-break! However, I was disappointed that the buns didn't turn out to be what I had expected them to be. All of them tasted quite average.
Pain au Chocolat, $2.80
The nicest one is the Pain Au Chocolat, which is a common pastry sold at almost all the bakeries.
Bostock, $2.90
Orange Cream Tart, $3.50
Chocolate Concha, $2.60
The Orange Cream Tart and Bostock were also not bad and you can give the Chocolate Concha a miss.
