THE BRAT - Bratwurst and Beer  (Dhoby Ghaut)

Taste: The hotdog bread is dry and lack of sauce. I had to add some mustard sauce myself. Sausage is nice and juicy.
Environment: The tables were quite small and cramped.
Service: Staff wasn't sure if the type of fries can be changed.
Clean: No problems with the cleanliness.
Price: I went to eat this with a free meal coupon. Without a coupon, the price can be a little high.

Taste: The smoked salmon salad is quite nice. However, hazelnut coffee really doesn't suit my taste, it was really bland.

Environment: Beautiful newly renovated open cafe.

Service: Very good service, the staff were very friendly.

Clean: No problems with the cleanliness.

Price: All items in their menu are quite pricey, however, with the good service and environment, I think its worth the money.

Taste: Taste is acceptable. Nothing special here. The meatballs are nice.

Environment: This place is always crowded. But it is a convenient place to have a meal as there are no other restaurants in the area.

Service: It is self service like a food court. Cashier is fast and efficient.

Clean: Tables are cleared and kept clean quickly.

Price: Prices are slightly higher than a food court.
