I love bread line's items as they are nice and very affordable.Their breads are freshly baked in the stall itself and they have this offer of 3 for $3 if you get 3 breads. They have quite a wide range of flavourstongueotato, otak, cheese hotdog, pizza, walnut and the latest banana walnut bread at $1.30 if you purchase just one. They also sells tarts, swiss rolls, pies as well as new year cookies such as pineapple tarts and egg rolls. It is interesting such a small stall like this can have so many interesting goodies.Today i gotten myself the vanilla swiss roll at only $2.80.It is very soft and nicely flavoured. The vanilla cream was just right and it wasnt artificially sweet.I love how the bread and cakes here taste homemade and natural.lol

i love their cold cheng teng which makes the hot weather in Singapore more bearable.Their cheng teng are priced at $2 each and you can have it cold with shaved ice or simply hot. They serve all their cheng teng in plastic containers be it having there in the market or takeaway.I love their cheng teng as it is not too sweet and even though it is priced at $2 each, you get a bowl of authentic heartening good olden days flavoured cheng teng here.

I ordered their chicken chop with fries and topped up a bowl of their soup of the day which was mushroom soup. The soup was pretty disappointing as there was too much corn starch used to thicken the soup which was paste-like, and there was little mushroom bits in the soup as well.I put it aside after just one mouthful as it really does not look or taste appetising. The fries were well fried though.

I think they have shifted to taman jurong market and i was quite upset because it was too far for me.I really loves their spaghetti as it tasted really different from those usual western food outside. I love topping up for a piece of harsh brown which is well fried and crispy. A big plate of yummy fish and chips spaghetti only cost about $5.50. I love the tomato sauce which tasted naturally home made instead of those canned ones.

I always visit crystal jade bakeries to satisfy my cravings for my favourite fried carrot cake, shrimp paste fried chicken and of course BBQ charsiew bolo buns. They have a good range of breads and dimsums including flavourful egg tarts as well. I love their bolo bun with slightly crispy sweet buns filled with juicy well marinated shredded charsiew the most, I can have 2 at once. Their shrimp paste fried chicken is not to be missed to with the aromatic shrimp paste flavour which is not overpowering. You can never go wrong with good food at good price here.
