Had been to NEX a couple of times but only discovered this restaurant recently. Lobster Bisque - Thick , Creamy with tiny bits of lobster flesh. Prawn Aglio Olio - One of the best that i had tried. The flavor is just nice without me having to add in any more seasoning . The prawns was of a reasonable size but most importantly, they were fresh and crunchy! Beef Tenderloin - Very tender and juicy.

If you are looking for a romantic place to bring your loved one, Ma Maison is the choice - located at 3rd floor of the Central.

The lighting of the restaurant was quite dim. However, there is a table lamp on each table, making it look like a candle light dinner. If you are lucky, you can be seated near to the window whereby the view of the Singapore River is just beside you as you dine.

Caesar Salad: I would say this is one of the best Caesar Salads that I ever had. Fresh lettuce, crunchy tomatoes well mixed with the sauce. Escargots: Served piping hot, the garlic sauce really add on to the dish.Seafood Paella: Generous serving of mussells, squids and prawns.

Overall, it is indeed a place for good food!

Had a mini gathering with my army friend at Paulaner Clarke Quay. As we cant decide what to eat individually, we ordered one of the platter which comes with 6 0.3L lager beer. Can't remember whats the name of the platter but I do remember the price which is at $199.00 Platter - It was served in a huge plate which consist of mixed cheese, cold cuts , chicken wings, fish fillet, mixed sausages, and 2 huge Pork Knuckles.

The spread was relatively good however, I was quite disappointed with the pork knuckles as they were kind of too dry and hard.

After my last satisfying visit to this restaurant, decided to have my dinner here again for the 2nd time and it never fails to disappoint me. Ordered the deep fried river shrimps, cha soba, sashimi and California hand roll as per my last visit. Still as good as before. I had also ordered some new dishes to try out Crispy outer layer with melted cheese inside. Cheese lovers, this is a must-try dish! The salmon was grilled nicely with a huge amount of mentai.

Located just a few steps away from the Buangkok MRT station, Master Crab is not your usual zi char stall although some might feel that it is. Good food, with service stuff but at zi char stall prices. What more can you ask for? Generous servings of belacan and fresh, crunchy kangkong for this dish. The kong bao sauce was not really that spicy. The frog leg was nice and tender. Thicky, milky soup which really tasted very good. The crabs are fresh and sweet!
