高端餐廳，在covid開始時開始經營，可以想像歷盡艱辛。

但佢哋成功捱過！ It means something about their quality standard.

餐廳提供Omakase, Experience 以及 Discovery 三款套餐，要有心理準備唔係一般平價印度菜。

開放式minimalistic styled 廚房，見到幾位印裔廚師喺幾款烤爐前將你餐點嘅菜式現烤現做。所以推薦預訂時選擇countertop位置。

餐廳服務殷勤，其中侍酒師聽到我哋講廣東話，向我哋表示佢嚟自台灣。另外幾位本地staff亦好好招待。

值得一提係佢哋wine嘅選擇，配燒烤一絕。

除了傳統或遊客必到嘅食蟹選擇，呢間其實更可考慮。

要預約，用膳時間個半鐘，已足夠。

個人喜歡白胡椒蟹，當然其他黑胡椒、新加坡chili等等各式烹調方法均可選擇。

芝麻雞是意外的好味！

海鮮煎米粉因為香港少機會食到，所以叫咗，但感覺可以有更好嘅選擇。

餐廳地點方便，食完去坐Singapore Flyer係一個好好嘅飯後活動。

另，Singapore Flyer可以預訂香檳席，自己人包晒一個車廂半粒鐘（轉一圈），飲一杯Moet. 可以去佢哋官網預訂。
