The Food
I ordered the Special Miso Ramen with generous serving of corns, char siew and creamy-yolked hard-boiled eggs!! The miso broth is rich and slurpable and is not too salty when combined with the sweetness of the corns. The ramen is ultra thin and springy and I like their 3 large pieces of Char Siew which are soft and literally melts in the mouth. Everything was just rightly put together.

The Food
I ordered the standard Yong Tau Foo dry version which come with Mee Pok as the noodle and a bowl of delicious soup. The ingredients are standard (Fried Ngoh Hiang, Tau Pok, beancurd and fishballs) and cannot choose or pick your own ingredients compared to other stalls. The chilli and the sweet sauce are nice . As for the soup is very rich and flavourful with soya beans and ikan billis. The fishballs are also very bouncy, springy and soft. The Mee Pok is blanched with the right temperature hence is so springy in texture.

The Food
I ordered the pork rib prawn noodle soup served with few pieces of pork ribs and 4 pieces of medium sized prawns. The soup has very sweet and rich soup base and the prawns were fresh and succulent juicy. The pork ribs are tender also and I liked it being served in claypot as can retain the full flavour of the prawn hence make it more tasty and hot. The yellow noodles also cooked perfectly as can taste is not so soggy.

I ordered a bowl of ban mian sprinkled with generous servings of fried ikan bilis, minced meat, egg and veggie. What I like most is the rich and savory broth which complements the smooth handmade noodles very well together with the saltiness of the ikan billis.The ingredients are also very fresh and I also like the exceptionally spicy chilli sauce made with fresh chilli padi that burns my tongue but very shiok!

I ordered a plate of Golden Shoe Nasi Lemak which comes with a fried chicken drumstick, fried egg and fried cabbage. The pandan flavoured rice is fragrant with strong coconut aroma. The fried chicken drumstick is big, crispy and fingerlicking good. As for the sambal chilli, is sweet and savory and blends well with the rice which enhances the aroma of the rice!
