The Food
I ordered a bowl of mee pok dry which comes with sliced fishcake, minced meat, pork slices and fish balls. The noodles are well-cooked with a delightfully springy consistency and is coated with savory chilli sauce that enhances its original flavour. The handmade fishballs are very bouncy and fresh hence exceptionally tasty. The minced meat and pork slices are also very fresh and have a fragrant porky taste. The soup also have the pork sweetness and is very tasty

The Food
I ordered a plate of steamed chicken and a bowl of rice coated with tasty chicken broth making every grain of rice flavorful and fragrant. The delicious steamed chicken is very tender, tasty and fleshy but not overly oily. The savory chilli sauce blended with the rice and chicken very well, leaving a lingering spicy aftertaste on my taste buds.

The Food
I ordered a bowl of prawn mee soup and I was quite impressed when i take my 1st mouthful of the soup. The prawn broth was brimming with natural sweetness of prawns and pork ribs hence can tell that the broth must have been cooked for very long to achieve this standard. The yellow noodles are very appetizing and springy when immersed in the rich and tasty soup. The medium sized prawns are very fresh and tasty. The pork ribs have a nice porky taste and the meat is very tender.

Overall
Jalan Sultan Prawn Mee is indeed one of the best prawn noodles I have eaten in Singapore.

The Food
I ordered the Ampang Yong Tau Foo which consists of brinjal , lady's finger, Tau Kwa, fishball, fried bean curd skin and kang kong drenched with the most tasty and flavorful sauce with so much 'oomph' in it. The gravy was not too heavy or sticky, neither watery, just the right texture and flavour. It blended very well with Yong Tau Foo and all the ingredients were very fresh and nice

The Service
Waiting time still acceptable as the food is served quite fast as I noticed they only need to blanched the Kang Kong since the rest of the ingredients are pre-cooked.

The Ambience
Although the stall is in a coffeeshop, i find that the place was well-ventilated and not stuffy hence still acceptable

The Food
I ordered my favourite wanton mee and the sauce with the chilli was simply mouth watering!! Texture of the noodles were springy and soft until it just glides through my mouth.
The decent cut and taste char siew were pretty normal but were very decent for wanton mee. The soup was rich with ikan bilis flavour and was very tasty.
As for the wantons, were firm but yet so tender and melted in my mouth with the juices of the minced pork bursting with flavours. It was simply fantastic!!

The Service
Waiting time is around 1 hour. The longest I ever waited for wanton mee but still worth the time to wait as is simply so delicious.

The Ambience
Although the stall is in a coffeeshop, i find that the place was well-ventilated and not stuffy hence still acceptable
