The Food
I ordered Xing Hua Bee Hoon and Deep Fried Batang Fish.
The bee hoon is tasty and fragrant especially with the fried spring onions that was added into the bee hoon. Inside have ingredients like prawns, sotong, vegetables, sliced lor bak and bean sprouts and all very fresh. I think that the bee hoon will taste even better and more flavourful if they have added clams and dried shrimps into the dish.
As for the fish is tasty and wholesome but I find that the thickness of the fish is a little too thick hence not so crispy. However, if the fish is sliced thinner, it will be even more crispy and delicious!

Reasonably priced at $18++ with generous portion

The Food
I ordered the Penang Prawn Bee Hoon which was delicious and the soup was fillled with a rich, concentrated prawny taste. The Prawn Bee Hoon consists of ingredients like medium sized prawns, sliced lean pork, kang kong and bean sprouts and it was garnished with lots of fried spring onions. The bee hoon was fantastic when absorbed with the rich prawn taste soup!

The Price
Reasonably priced at $3.50 which is value for money

Overall
I will definitely come back again to try the dry version and highly recommended to try this!

I ordered the Rib Combo which consist of Half Slab of Original Baby Back Ribs with Southwestern Chicken. The Original Baby Back Ribs is good, very tasty and are cooked till it's soft and tender. The Ribs are nicely coated with a layer of their Tony Roma's BBQ sauce which is not too sweet. The Southwestern Chicken is also pretty good. The chicken part used is breasts meat. The Chicken goes very well with their Salsa sauce which makes it very appetising. The cheese on the chicken also enhance more flavour and texture to the dish.

Reasonably priced at $32.90 which have a combination of chicken and ribs

I will definitely come back again and highly recommended to try this for all ribs lovers!

The Food
I ordered the Chicken Leek Pie and Seafood Marinara pasta. The chicken leek pie is superb as the chicken and leek was stewed till it is nice and soft. The gravy has absorbed the essence of the chicken and leek hence making it very rich and tasty and goes extremely well with the puff pastry. Next will be the Seafood Marinara pasta which is cooked pretty good and the texture of the pasta is just nice and the seafood ingredients are also fresh. The pasta also has a strong and sweet seafood taste and seafood lover will definitely like this.

The Food
I ordered Singapura Cold Crab, Egg Omelette With Shark Fins and Yam Paste With Gingko Nut as dessert. The Cold Crab is simply fantastic and fresh and the flesh is sweet and thick. The roe is also rich and creamy and very satisfying and it combine incredibly well with the chilli sauce that is served together.
Next is the Egg Omelette With Shark Fins which is fragrant and appetizing and the bean sprouts also adds crunch to the texture and there is also parsley to garnish and lighten the taste. The accompanying shark fins enhance a little more texture to the dish but can't really taste much of it also. Anyway, I must say that the egg omelette will taste good even on it's own without the shark fins. Lastly is the dessert, Yam Paste With Gingko Nut to end the meal. The Yam paste served with mashed pumpkin and gingko nuts is very smooth and with the right level of sweetness. The portion is just nice for everyone but it's so nice I wished I could have a second helping.

Overall, I find that the restaurant serves a wide variety of food and the dishes are generally good. Definitely worth a try!
