Prizes

  1. Prizes are listed on the contest page and will be given "as is" without any warrantees, and are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
  2. Prizes include: 1st Prize - $500 worth of UE Malls Gift Vouchers, 2nd Prize - $200 worth of UE Malls Gift Vouchers, 3rd Prize - $100 worth of UE Malls Gift Vouchers. 10 winners will also win a $20 UE Malls Gift Voucher each.
  3. Winners are selected based on the Top 3 photos with the most number of public votes. In the event of a tie, OpenRice Singapore reserves the right to determine the winner at its sole discretion. Only 1 winner will be awarded for each of the Top 3 prizes.
  4. All votes must be submitted before 2359hrs on 31 January 2013 to qualify for this Contest.
  5. Prize redemption must be made at OpenRice Singapore office located at 1 Scotts Road, #18-01, Shaw Centre, Singapore 228208 (opening hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. Closed on weekends and PH).
  6. Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs are the winner's responsibility.
  7. Additional voucher terms and conditions apply.
  8. These Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore

General Terms

  1. This Contest is conducted and operated by OpenRice Singapore ("The Promoter").
  2. This Contest is open to all members of OpenRice Singapore. Not yet a member, sign up here!
  3. This Contest runs from 1 January 2013 till 31 January 2013.
  4. All entries must include a photo of the receipt with a minimum of $10 spend to qualify.
  5. All photos submitted must have the restaurant’s name visible in the photo to qualify.
  6. Winners will be determined based on the top 3 photos with the most number of public votes.
  7. This Contest is not eligible to employees of OpenRice Singapore.
  8. All participant details provided will remain confidential except that The Promoter has the right to use and publish the names and photos of winners in any of their advertising and publicity materials; not limited to print, internet and television media in Singapore and beyond.
  9. Incomplete or inappropriate entries will be deemed void or invalid.
  10. By entering and participating in this Contest, your email address will be recorded in our database and you will automatically receive updates from OpenRice Singapore via our newsletter, EDM, and other marketing channels.
  11. By entering this Contest, participants agree that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
  12. The Promoter may amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time without prior notice.
  13. If this Contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate, without prior notice.
