What: Mammoth-sized share plates are characteristic to Spathe Public House and the tradition ensues for Christmas. Featuring a quail in a chicken in a duck in a turkey, the bird-ceptional Chicken Turducken ($169) returns to feed six diners comfortably. For those dining in a pair, we’d recommend the Braised Suckling Pig ($42), served alongside apple chutney, braised red cabbage and roast potatoes.
