高端餐廳，在covid開始時開始經營，可以想像歷盡艱辛。 但佢哋成功捱過！ It means something about their quality standard. 餐廳提供Omakase, Experience 以及 Discovery 三款套餐，要有心理準備唔係一般平價印度菜。 開放式minimalistic styled ... 除了傳統或遊客必到嘅食蟹選擇，呢間其實更可考慮。 要預約，用膳時間個半鐘，已足夠。 個人喜歡白胡椒蟹，當然其他黑胡椒、新加坡chili等等各式烹調方法均可選擇。 芝麻雞是意外的好味！ 海鮮煎米粉因為香港少機會食到，所以叫咗，但感覺可以有更好嘅選...
