The Zabuton steak is coined after the traditional flat and square-shaped Japanese pillow
For their beef items, they have the Zabuton Steak ($89, 225g) which is seasoned to the core with their special house blended 12-year Yamazaki miso wet rub. Aside from the way this is marbled, the seasoning gives it a more intense flavour which you won’t forget after your first bite.

The Wagyu Claypot Donburi features Japanese Saga Prefecture A3 ribeye steak
Another upcoming favourite is the Wagyu Claypot Donburi ($105) which is claypot rice topped with onsen egg and ribeye steak.

Additional non beef items are the Crispy Kurobuta Pork Belly, Fat Salad, and Sake and Garlic Steamed Mussels
Though Fat Cow is known for their beef items, they have also increased their choices for non-beef dishes which include Fat Salad ($16), Sake and Garlic Steamed Mussels ($16), and Crispy Kurobuta Pork Belly ($22). If you go and visit their restaurant, you will see that they have an extensive menu for more food choices for starters, mains, and side dishes! For those who have been patronising this Japanese-inspired restaurant, you would be happy to know that they have made their dishes much more affordable so you can order more choices!

Other additional drinks include Fat Sour, Shibari, Infused Shochu Plum, and Shiso Kir
Now, off to the Fat Cow Lounge for their new Japanese-inspired alcoholic beverages. Some recommended post-meal drinks are the Angel’s Spice ($18) which is a combination of Santury Kakubin Japanese whisky, Frangelico, and Hellfire Habanero. For those who have low tolerance for spiciness, they have a sweeter drink, Nashi Nashi ($16) which is a concoction of vanilla and pear. Cheers!
