PAUL chicken roulade
With a heritage of over 125 years, the heart of PAUL beats in breads, with a support system of delectable array of viennoiseries, tartines, croque monsieurs and crepes. Since arriving in Singapore, the world-famous boulangerie has done well to adapt their baking techniques to our country’s heat and humidity. Their latest introduction of 28 new menu items consists of mainly savoury dishes, giving diners a fresh perspective towards classic French fare.

Highlights include mains like Roulade de poulet ($23.90++, first image), where stuffed chicken and spinach drizzled over with mustard sauce comes on a bed of pumpkin puree, Salade boeuf grille ($19.90++, grilled beef salad) and bearing close resemblance lasagna, the Gratin d’augbergines et tomatoes au parmesan ($23.90++, second image) – essentially grilled eggplant with tomato sauce and lots of cheese. The new menu is available at all PAUL outlets, including the one at Paragon Shopping Mall, which is set to open in September this year.
