Going through the Hong Kong Sheng Kee Dessert menu, I decided to order a plate of dry braised beef hor fun for early lunch.Priced at S$7.90++I like the silky texture of thin strips of Hor Fun which is a bit unusual from other restaurants.There were a few pieces of chunk braised beef shanks and tendons cooked together with chunk white carrots.The gravy that goes along with this dish was light and tasty.
