Located at Level 1 at One Raffles Place, 1 Caramel Expresso Bar was famous of pastries and sweet snacks. Of course included the hot beverages, they are signature of the café. Time to relax for office employees, the place was suitable to take a break. Beautiful decent ambience, service was splendid too. A single espresso shot, the cup was topped with steam milky dipping and layer of froth. Rich cocoa aroma burst out, coffee here was not only pretty but also brewing perfect taste. Price was $8.00,

A single espresso shot, the cup was topped with steam milky dipping and layer of froth. Rich cocoa aroma burst out, coffee here was not only pretty but also brewing perfect taste. Price was $8.00, acceptable range. Anyway good ambience for me was very important while enjoying the food, everything is worthy when I sat down and sipped down a cup of tea leisurely. Higher price paid was no longer an issue anymore, life is too short to bother so much.

I have been to the 1 Caramel dessert bar at Rochester Park a couple of time, but it was my first visit to this gorgeous 'glass house-looking' kiosk at Raffles Place. The staff is super friendly with big smile on face. The service really made my day, especially seeing how detail and focus the staff is while preparing my breakfast!I ordered the Toasted ham and cheese in rosemary ffocaccia ($5) Beautiful presentation, and I love the very toasted focaccia! I ordered the Toasted ham and cheese in rosemary ffocaccia ($5) Beautiful presentation, and I love the very toasted focaccia! It crusty outside with aromatic rosemary flavour, awesome! The melted cheese and ham are flavourful too! thumbs up for this!

I also had a cup of Flat white ($5) to go with my focaccia. One will smile from the bottom of the heart when seeing such a beautiful latte art. Good coffee, and it's indeed a very nice morning!
