The bee hoon came in good bright orange color which were soft and soaked in the sweet soury Mee Siam gravy. Though it had chilli paste added, it was not that spicy as one would have thought. In addition, the gravy has hints of peanut fragrant. Visit http://www.umakemehungry.com/2014/02/a-rashid-khan.html
I love the tangy taste of the gravy and the chewy mutton meat added with not too strong "mutton" smell. What's more, instead of the usual half half boil egg or none we got from a plate of mee siam, A Rashid Khan had 1 placed on each serving. So far this is one of better mee siam that i had ever encountered.
