I went to Ayer Rajah Food Centre again, this time I wanted to try the Indian Style Mee siam. The Mee siam was not cheap at $3 per plate. The taste of Mee Siam was different as compared to Chinese or Malay Mee Siam. The gravy was more thick, more peanut, mild spicy and less sourish. The bee hoon used was finer type whereby they absorbed   more gravy in between bee hoon. There was some taupok given but too little to give the mee siam a taste of different.
