I always like to eat handmade noodles, my priority choice for lunch or dinner. I heard from a friend, there was a famous Ban Mian stall at this coffee shop. Running by an elderly couple, it was well-maintained and hygiene. Friendly service, the price was affordable too.Opted for thicker version, the texture was more obvious. At this coffeeshop, I feel that the most popular stall must be this one, based on the number of bowls with marking on the table, waiting for the freshly cooked dishes to be poured into. I order a serving using yu mian (thin handmade noodles) for takeaway. It costs $2.50 in plastic pack. If one wish to takeaway in plastic container, there is extra charge. It is quite a big serving with lots of green leafy vegetable, minced meat, sliced meat and egg. Overall it is a very tasty and filling dish. I like the yu mian as it soaks up the flavours of the soup.
