I seldom see stalls selling fried bee hoon, and so decided to give it a try. It was surprisingly delicious! It tastes a little like the fried kway teow and the ingredients are the same as the fried kway teow, without the dark sauce. Instead, it is better than the dark fried kway teow. You can taste the different ingredients, rather than having the dark sauce overpowering in flavor. The cockles are very fresh and yummy. The bee hoon is cooked just nicely and is not very oily - does not feel the sin after eating. Will definitely come back for more!
