Soft coconut flakes freckled around the soft white chocolate casing with a effervescent hint of lemongrass, these truffles set a very high bar as the introduction to the chocolate tasting session.If only this is a magical bowl that refills itself whenever I want!Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, White ChocolateThe key to enjoying chocolates is to never limit yourself to a preconceived set of preferences. While I was eyeing for the dark chocolate all the time, the white chocolate surprised me with its rich milky base and mild sweetness - instead of piling on the sugar like usual white chocolate bars. Star Anise BonbonsThe round, dark chocolate bonbons shrouded what that is more than meets the eye - a bold creation infusion of the star anise spice with little crunchy crushed figs inside! The amazingly smooth incorporation of all these ingredients was a surprise combination. The sprinkling of golden flakes at the top give it a luxurious touch for presentation as well.71% Noir BonbonThe dark chocolate from ANJALICHOCOLAT is extremely satisfying for dark chocolate lovers - it hit all the right notes without being overly bitter.
