Signature Dishes
Bab Noodle is not the very high end, authentic jap restaurant. It is definitely more of the cozy, family-type restaurant and a little fusion. Had the katsudon and i thought it was pretty decent with seemingly generous portions. Definitely not the best katsu don i have tasted but for its price, i would think it is fairly reasonable. Had the Sashimi Salmon platter as well. Once again, average taste decent price.

Tori Katsu Don: the set meal comes with miso soup, kimchi and fruits. a rather big portion, very generous with the chicken. the taste is rather good for its price of $10.90. The sauce with the egg and mushroom is nice and sweet.Beef Teriyaki: the beef may be a bit on the sweet side but it tastes really good. Portion is really big as well.Broccoli: costing $6.80, it seems a little on the expensive side. it tastes a little undercooked as the broccoli is still a bit hard. could be better.
