I happened to attend a rally nearby so decided to have a quick dinner right here before proceed. I decided to have bak kut teh with rice from this stall for the first time. There were about 4 pieces of bak kut in the clear soup. It has got a light peppery taste with a hint of garlic. The texture of the bak kut was soft enough to be off the bone easily. It is best eaten to have it with the red cut chilli in the thick dark sauce.
