Dry You mian is not the usual type that i would have, cause i would much prefer drinking soup. But it is the "recommended" dish of the stall, so i decided to give it a try. The thing that i like about this is that, instead of the minced meat they give sliced meat, which is quite soft and flavorful. But the down side of this dry noodle, there is no eggs like the normal handmade soup noodle. In addition, the noodles clamp together cause it is too dry even though there is sauce given. I think it is better to stick to the normal soup based noodles.
