Wimbly Lu is hidden in a private estate near Serangoon, which makes it hard to find if you are a first-timer at this restaurant. The place is decorated to give it a cosy feeling, and be amazed at the display of dessert when you steppe... From the name of the shop, one could guess that the shop is known for its Chicken + rice ball. The cutely shaped rice ball is very soft, and i had 2 at a time!
